Role Overview:
The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth business operations. This role requires strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
Manage employee onboarding & induction formalities.
Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, personnel files, HRMS).
Support payroll processing by collating attendance and leave data.
Handle employee engagement activities, grievance redressal, and exit formalities.
Coordinate performance appraisal process and maintain related documentation.
Administration
Oversee office administration including housekeeping, security, and facility management.
Manage vendor relationships (stationery, housekeeping, travel, etc.).
Handle procurement of office supplies, IT equipment, and other administrative needs.
Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Maintain records of office expenses and assist in budget preparation.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and organizational standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month
