**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers and clients in the **company showroom**.
- Showcase **tiles, bathware, and other product ranges** with detailed information.
- Understand customer needs and guide them to suitable product options.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-up.
- Maintain showroom display standards, cleanliness, and product arrangements.
- Keep updated with new product arrivals, offers, and features.
- Handle customer queries and ensure a smooth showroom experience.
- Maintain daily visitor logs and feedback for reporting.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **0-10 years of experience** in showroom/customer-facing roles, preferably in ceramics, bathware, or interiors.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (Gujarati, Hindi & basic English).
- Presentable personality with a customer-focused approach.
