Job Description:We are seeking a Junior Accountant with 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate will have a commerce background and a strong understanding of expense management, journal entries, and basic accounting principles. Familiarity with Zoho Books or similar accounting software is preferred.

  • Key Responsibilities:Manage and record daily expenses and petty cash transactions.
  • Prepare and post journal entries accurately and on time.
  • Assist in maintaining general ledgers and financial records.
  • Support monthly closing activities and reconciliations.
  • Work with the senior accountant to ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Use Zoho Books (or willingness to learn) for maintaining financial data.
  • Generate reports as required for internal and external audits.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and filing of financial data.
  • Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Basic knowledge of Zoho Books or other accounting software is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of journal entries and expense handling.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
