About the Role

We are seeking a responsible and alert Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, physically fit, and capable of handling emergency situations professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitors, and maintain visitor logs.
  • Conduct routine security checks across the premises.
  • Ensure the safety of employees, assets, and property at all times.
  • Patrol assigned areas regularly to identify potential security risks.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations.
  • Report suspicious activities, security breaches, or hazards to management.
  • Enforce company policies and maintain order within the premises.
  • Assist during fire drills, evacuations, and safety procedures.
  • Operate CCTV systems and other security equipment effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in security or related field (preferred).
  • Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and attention to detail.
  • Physically fit and able to stand/patrol for long hours.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Basic knowledge of security equipment (CCTV, alarms, scanners).
  • Good communication skills and professional behavior.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in industrial, residential, or institutional security.
  • Training in fire safety or basic first-aid (optional but preferred).
  • Ex-servicemen or trained security personnel will be given preference.
