Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk with a basic understanding of accounting principles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering financial and accounting data, maintaining records, and assisting the finance team in daily operations. Key Responsibilities: • Accurately enter financial data such as invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and payment vouchers into accounting software. • Maintain and update accounting databases and spreadsheets on a daily basis. • Verify and reconcile data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Assist in tracking accounts payable and receivable transactions. • Support the preparation of reports, statements, and financial summaries as required. • Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records. • Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify accounting information. • Ensure confidentiality and security of financial data. • Assist the accounts team in other administrative or clerical duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills: • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, diploma or coursework in accounting, finance, or related field preferred. • Soft Skills: Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information. Time management and ability to meet deadlines. Why Join Us?
