We are seeking a results-driven
PPC Campaign Specialist
to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, improving conversion rates, and maximizing ROI across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid media channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns for real estate projects and listings
- Conduct keyword research focused on buyer, seller, and investor intent
- Write compelling ad copy tailored to real estate audiences (buyers, renters, investors)
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost-effective lead generation
- Set up and optimize landing page tracking, conversion tracking, and remarketing campaigns
- Monitor performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
- A/B test ads, audiences, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance
- Analyze data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals
- Stay updated on PPC trends, platform changes, and real estate advertising policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns
- Strong experience with
Google Ads
and
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) - Knowledge of real estate marketing funnels and lead generation strategies
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets and scaling successful campaigns
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
