We are looking for a specialist who has hands-on experience running performance-driven marketing campaigns specifically for home furnishing or similar lifestyle/consumer brands. The candidate should be able to plan, execute, optimise, and report on campaigns primarily on Instagram and Pinterest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns on Instagram and Pinterest
  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, optimisation, and performance tracking
  • Analyse campaign insights and prepare weekly/monthly reports
  • Work closely with internal teams to align creatives, messaging, and brand direction
  • Suggest improvements to enhance ROI and audience engagement
  • Stay updated with trends, platform changes, and best practices

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in running Instagram and Pinterest campaigns
  • Past work with home dcor, home furnishing, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and audience segmentation
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Pinterest Ads Manager

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with basic creative direction
  • Knowledge of other social platforms (Facebook, YouTube)
  • Understanding of remarketing and A/B testing
