We're Hiring: Social Media Marketing Specialist | Noida

We're looking for a creative and results-driven
Social Media Marketing Specialist
to manage our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
content creation, graphic design (AI-based), and social media campaigns
— handling everything from concept to execution independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute creative social media strategies across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Create engaging
    content and visuals using AI design tools
    (Canva, Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.)
  • Develop and manage
    paid ad campaigns
    to drive engagement and leads
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI
  • Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and algorithms
  • Handle social media calendars, community engagement, and online reputation independently

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience
    in social media marketing and content creation
  • Strong skills in
    graphic design & content tools (Canva, Photoshop, AI design tools, etc.)
  • Experience using scheduling & analytics tools (Meta Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling ability
  • Ability to manage campaigns end-to-end independently

Qualification:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA/PG in Marketing, Digital Marketing preferred)
