Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify and generate new sales leads and business opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements.
- Achieve or exceed set sales targets and objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and report insights regularly.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and marketing to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
