**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Corporate Sales Executive** to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential corporate clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth. Your primary focus will be on generating new business through outbound calls, with the goal of expanding our corporate client base.
- Conduct **outbound sales calls** to potential corporate clients to introduce and promote Chayam Tea products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **corporate clients** to understand their needs and preferences.
- Manage and update **customer relationship management** (CRM) systems with client interactions and progress.
- Identify and engage with influencers **(influencer marketing)** to create compelling video content that promotes our tea products
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
