**About the job**:
Key responsibilities:
1. Identifying and approaching new corporate clients

2. Achieve the assigned revenue targets on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis

3. Work on margin management

4. Explore new markets to penetrate & achieve the benchmarked conversion ratio

5. Ensure smooth on boarding of customers and conduct seamless operations

6. Ensure high accuracy and set excellent customer service standards

7. Presenting the company's product portfolio to prospective clients and creating new accounts

8. Ensure all transactions are error-free, accurately reported, and reconciled on a daily basis

9. Maintain effective coordination between the customer and operations team

10. Ensure cohesive working as a team player

11. Work on relationship management with the customers for a long-term mutually beneficial business association

12. Ensure adherence with statutory requirements and Company policies

13. Give inputs to the Ticketing/Tour about customer trends and preferences

14. Represent the company at corporate/ promotional events

**Skills required**:

- Must have a pleasing and presentable personality
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and the ability to explain complex travel information clearly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3years and more of experiences
- Proven track record of building and managing successful corporate partnerships.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results.
