Job Summary:

As a
BD Intern
, you'll play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, engaging with potential customers and partners, and helping expand THW's footprint across target markets. This role offers hands-on exposure to sales outreach, CRM tools, partnerships, and real customer conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers from marketing events through calls, WhatsApp, and social media to share product information and build meaningful relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest relevant products or plans to the customers.
  • Update and manage lead data, sales pipelines, and CRM tools (Zoho).
  • Participate in client follow-ups, feedback collection, and relationship nurturing.
  • Conduct market research to identify business growth opportunities or target segments.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth execution of sales processes.
  • Help create sales reports, customer summaries, and proposals as guided by the manager.

Educational Qualification:

  • Students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Tech, or related fields.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and startups.
  • Good communication skills (English and Hindi preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, CRM tools (Zoho CRM is a plus).
  • Self-driven, outgoing, and comfortable with customer interaction.
  • Organized and proactive with strong follow-up discipline
