Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Application Processing Executive to join our back-office team in India. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and lodging student admissions and visa-related applications for Australia in coordination with our Australia-based team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and submit applications related to:

  • Student Admissions (COE requests, GTE preparation, document verification)

  • Visa Applications (student visa, visitor visa, and other migration-related processes)

  • Maintain accurate records of all applications and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Communicate with education providers, students, and migration team for required documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian education and migration regulations (ESOS, PRISMS, DHA requirements).
  • Assist in drafting SOPs, checklists, and guidelines for efficient processing.
  • Escalate any complex cases to senior consultants or MARA agents.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of Australian education system and visa application processes.
  • Knowledge in ImmiAccount and COE processes (preferred).
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong data entry and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant online portals.
