We're looking for an
Influencer Marketing Specialist
to identify and manage our growing community of creators, lead influencer collaborations, and ensure campaigns move from idea to execution — seamlessly and impactfully.

What you'll do

  • Identify, manage and grow One MG's network of creators and influencers across niches and regions
  • Act as the primary link between creators and brand teams — from onboarding to campaign delivery
  • Match the right creators with the right brand opportunities
  • Coordinate briefs, timelines, and approvals with internal teams and clients
  • Track deliverables, campaign performance, and content quality
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and creators
  • Support strategy, creative ideation, and brand alignment for every collaboration
  • Lead internal creator operations and guide junior members of the team

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or brand partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end influencer campaigns
  • Strong organizational skills — able to juggle multiple projects with clarity and composure
  • Prior experience in a creative, influencer, or digital agency is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
  • A team player who can balance empathy for creators with accountability for outcomes
