We are looking for a proactive and organized Recruitment Intern to support our end-to-end hiring process.

You'll be handling recruitment for both internal roles and client requirements — from posting jobs and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and coordinating documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates through various platforms
  • Make recruitment calls and conduct initial interviews
  • Schedule interviews for in-house and client requirements
  • Post job openings across multiple job portals and social platforms
  • Manage and track candidate documents and communication
  • Coordinate with the internal HR and project teams

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (freshers welcome)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
  • Organized, professional, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable making calls and managing multiple tasks
  • Candidates based in or near Kochi preferred
