Job Description

JOB ROLE: Senior Telecaller

The Senior Tele caller is responsible for leading outbound and inbound calling operations, guiding junior telecallers, achieving conversion targets, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

Vacancy: 1

Salary Per Month: 8k - 10k (Freshers are allowed)

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 0.6 years of tele calling / customer support experience.
  • Prior experience in senior / lead tele caller roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication in English and Tamil (or local language as required).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and report preparation.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet sales/lead targets.
  • Strong mentoring and team-handling abilities.
