  • Onboard yoga coaches, contributing to the company's growth and expansion
  • Monitor and manage coach availability based on user demand, ensuring optimal scheduling
  • Negotiate better pricing with yoga coaches, optimizing cost savings for the company
  • Work closely with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance the user experience
  • Build and nurture a community of yoga coaches to enhance engagement and retention
  • Address escalations and feedback from yoga coaches effectively, ensuring satisfaction and performance improvement
Requirements:
  • MBA from a top-tier university
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role (in any industry).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to handle escalations and feedback professionally
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
