Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Import Purchase Executive to support our electronics import purchase operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the import purchase process, including supplier selection, price negotiation, quality control, and logistics management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supplier Selection: Evaluate and select suppliers for electronics import purchase, including supplier evaluation, audit, and approval.

2. Price Negotiation: Negotiate prices with suppliers and agree on the best possible prices.

3. Quality Control: Inspect and test imported electronics products to ensure quality, including certification and compliance with regulatory requirements.

4. Logistics Management: Manage the logistics of imported electronics products, including shipping, customs clearance, and warehousing.

5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, customs regulations, and company policies for electronics import purchase.

6. Purchase Order Management: Manage purchase orders, including creation, approval, and tracking.

7. Inventory Management: Manage inventory of imported electronics products, including stock tracking, reporting, and analysis.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or Business Administration.

2. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in electronics import purchase.

3. Skills:

  - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  - Good knowledge of electronics industry and market trends.

  - Familiarity with import export regulations and customs procedures.

4. Language: English and Hindi language proficiency.
