We are seeking a well-organized and customer-oriented Showroom Manager to oversee daily operations of our interior customization showroom. This role focuses on client service, coordination, and showroom management. The ideal candidate ensures a premium, professional experience for every visitor while maintaining the showroom's aesthetics and operational efficiency.

  • 1–3 years of experience in showroom management, interior design coordination, or customer service.
  • Maintain high standards of personal grooming and professional appearance to reflect the brand image.
  • Oversee day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
  • Welcome clients, understand their design needs, and deliver a premium, personalized experience.
  • Maintain showroom aesthetics and presentation standards — lighting, displays, and overall ambience.
  • Implement and monitor SOPs to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Track client inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions for consistent business growth.
  • Manage documentation of quotations, communications, and project details.
  • Plan and execute in-store events and promotional activities with the marketing team.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve the showroom experience.
  • Prepare periodic performance and client satisfaction reports.
  • Handle client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all branding, signage, and digital displays align with the company's visual standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹65,000.00 per month
