Job Description Description We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Showroom Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a retail or showroom setting, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and product knowledge. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales in our showroom. Responsibilities - Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing exceptional service and product knowledge. - Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment. - Demonstrate products and explain features to customers. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints. - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. - Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment. - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve showroom targets and objectives. - Participate in promotional events and marketing activities. - Assist online customers for personalized gifts (mugs, plaques, keychains, hampers) Handle billing, UPI/cash payments, and daily sales reports Coordinate with design/production team for order updates Manage gift stock, display & packing materials Maintain digital records and send updates to management Share product photos for marketing & promotions Skills and Qualifications - 1-3 years of experience in a retail or showroom environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. - Basic computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. - Knowledge of showroom products and industry trends is a plus. - Customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
