Role & responsibilities

  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure that all IT operations, systems, and processes adhere to relevant regulatory requirements, including RBI/SEBI guidelines, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Regulatory Reporting: Strong knowledge in KRI, Public Facing App & DB, Tranche reporting.
  • End to end management of Regulatory submissions: Assign, co-ordinate for data collection, validate and submission of  Adhoc Returns, Advisories, Alerts, Circulars and Questionnaires.
  • Policy Development: Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure alignment with evolving regulations and industry best practices.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and vulnerabilities within the IT infrastructure.
  • Auditing and Reporting: Lead and coordinate internal and external audits related to IT compliance. Prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with changing regulations and industry trends, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance IT compliance practices.

Preferred candidate profile


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and relevant certifications are highly desirable.


• 4-5 years of progressive experience in IT compliance, governance, or risk management within the banking or financial services industry.


• Strong knowledge and understanding of Indian banking regulations, RBI GKC recommendations, cybersecurity standards, and industry best practices.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


• Analytical mind set with the ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks effectively.
