Role Overview:

We are seeking two dynamic and results-driven Field Managers / Area Sales Managers to lead our marketing and business development efforts in Bellary & Hospet (Karnataka) and Odisha. The role focuses on driving sales growth, building client relationships, and developing business in the mining and steel sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel within the assigned region to identify business opportunities in mining & steel plants
  • Drive revenue growth from existing clients and secure new business
  • Promote the full range of Arul Polymers products and solutions
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality sales presentations and proposals
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, tenders, and timely execution
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts

Requirements:

  • 8–15 years' experience in industrial sales/marketing, preferably in rubber products or related fields
  • Background in mechanical engineering (Diploma/Degree)
  • Strong network in mining and steel plant sectors in the assigned region
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language
  • Willingness to travel extensively in the region
