Role & responsibilities

  • MIS Reporting:

  • Develop, maintain, and update regular financial MIS reports for internal stakeholders.

  • Analyze financial and operational data to generate actionable insights.

  • Automate and streamline reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.

  • Budget Costing:

  • Assist in preparation and consolidation of annual budgets.

  • Monitor budgetary control and ensure alignment with organizational financial goals.

  • Provide variance analysis between actuals and budgets, identifying key drivers.

  • Product Costing:

  • Analyze and determine the cost structure of products, including raw material, labor, and overhead costs.

  • Work closely with production and procurement teams to validate and update costing models.

  • Ensure accurate product costing for pricing decisions and inventory valuation.

  • Variance Analysis:

  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis of actual vs budgeted costs and revenues.

  • Identify trends, inefficiencies, or anomalies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support performance improvement initiatives with cost-saving insights.
