Company Description

UBC BIM specializes in providing 3D BIM solutions for residential and commercial projects using Vertex BD, Scotsteel, Framecad, MWF Strucsoft, and Revit. We offer services for light gauge steel and wood framed structures, including Structural Detailing & engineered structural plans, permit sets, bill of materials, and cost estimation inputs. UBC BIM serves clients in modular and offsite construction, panelized construction, production home builders, general contractors, and fabricators.

We seek a creative and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist with minimum 3-4 years experience to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute engaging content across our social media platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement. You will play a key role in shaping our brand's online presence and connecting with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop content and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with organization goals and target audience.


• Conduct research to gather information and data related to the topic of the content


• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (images, videos, graphics) for various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.


• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) by using relevant keywords and metadata to improve visibility in search results


• Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and consistency


• Ensure that content is original, plagiarism-free, and not in violation of copyright laws


• Collaborate with the external digital marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing campaigns.


• Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitors to stay current with the latest digital marketing strategies.


• Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on the performance of social media campaigns, using insights to optimize future content.

Qualifications:


• Minimum 3-4 years' experience as a Social Media Content Creator


• Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.


• Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and social media management tools.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong organizational and time management skills.


• Knowledge of digital marketing,


• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
