Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a smart, confident, and social media-savvy professional woman candidate to handle our front office operations, customer interactions, customer service management, guest relations, and online/ digital communication activities. We also require ENGLISH content writing skills.
The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills with knowledge of digital social media management and AI tools.
The ideal candidate should have a educational background in HR, Sales/ Marketing, journalism, mass communication, or public relations, , and be comfortable managing both people and content.
This is a multi-role position combining reception, coordination, and creative work perfect for someone who enjoys writing, interacting with visitors, and keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome of Calls / Customer calls/ (Resolution of SERVICE call matters)- More like Customer Support Ticket Management and coordinate with visitors, customers, and vendors.
- Attend and route all incoming calls and emails efficiently.
- Manage front office, meeting rooms, and canteen operations.
- Draft and post company updates on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.).
- Upload and manage articles or news content on the companys News Express website.
- Coordinate with internal departments for communication and scheduling.
- Maintain records, courier logs, and office supplies.
- Support management in office administration and small event coordination.
- Write short news stories, press notes, and web content when required.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in MHR, Sales & Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or English preferred.
- Excellent command of English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Smart personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident using computers, social media, and basic content tools.
- Pleasant, disciplined, and proactive attitude.
Experience:
0 3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
Location:
Sector-63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Salary Range:
18,000 40,000 per month (depending on skills and experience).
