Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a GeM Portal and Bid Trainee, located in Moti Nagar. The primary responsibilities include managing bid processes, tenders, and proposal preparations for projects on the GeM platform. The role involves actively participating in tender management, drafting compelling proposals, and ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met. The selected candidate will also collaborate with teams across departments to ensure the successful submission of bids and proposals.

Qualifications

  • Experience and skills in Bid Processes, Tender Management, and Bid Preparation
  • Proficiency in Proposal Writing and Documentation
  • Strong Communication abilities, including drafting clear and precise documents
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure timely and accurate submissions
  • Basic knowledge of GeM portal operations is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is advantageous
