We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our Accounts team and support daily financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Reconcile bank statements and track cash flow.
  • Prepare and support financial reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for account-related queries.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for all accounting documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–2 year of experience in accounting or finance (freshers with internships are welcome).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹420,000.00 per year
