International Voice Process.

Position: Customer Service(Sales) and Inside Sales.

Location: Hebbal, Bangalore

Shifts: US Shifts(Transportation Provided)

Roles and skills required:

*1-6 Years of experience in International Voice Process(Sales background only)

* Experience with strong handling of B2B & B2C Inbound or Outbound Sales

*Excellent communication and stakeholder management with an ability to be both persuasive and influential

*Maintain sales pipeline and following up towards closure. Preparing reports on interactions, sales activities, and other tasks assigned by the sales manager or supervisor. Partner with other team members to create outbound and inbound prospecting campaigns.

* Should have great relationship building skills and customer orientation to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

* Overcome objections from Gate Keepers and Decision Makers. *Comfortable in presenting at all levels, including executive level and decision-makers. Must be proficient in objection handling.

*Proven ability to cross-sell and upsell effectively.

*Experience in account administration and issue resolution.

* Serve as the main point of contact for customer needs and support.

* Proactively identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow account value.

* Provide account administration support (invoices, PO changes, credits, service orders).
