Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR – Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end hiring process for diverse roles, including shop-floor workers, engineers, supervisors, and back-office staff. The ideal candidate will be proactive in talent acquisition, possess a strong technical understanding of job roles, and ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding experience aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to onboarding — across multiple job functions.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals (e.g., Naukri), LinkedIn, social media, campus drives, recruitment agencies, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screening, assess candidate skills, and coordinate technical interviews with department heads.
  • Collaborate with managers to understand manpower requirements and role-specific competencies.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes including documentation, induction, and compliance formalities.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, and present key hiring metrics to the leadership team.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and HR compliance activities.
  • Prepare HR-related reports while maintaining confidentiality and data security.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of engineering/technical job roles with the ability to evaluate candidates accordingly.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR recruitment platforms.
  • Hands-on knowledge of sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other relevant job boards.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree, preferably with specialization or experience in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹45,000.00 per month
