We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Account Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective account management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review account performance and discuss opportunities for growth.
- Account Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Develop and implement account strategies to meet client goals and company objectives.
- Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Sales and Upselling:
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for assigned accounts.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze account data to provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, trends, and key metrics.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
- Proven track record of managing client accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
