Brief about the Role

  • Be the voice of Sahayata24x7 — build strong relationships with customers, drive loyalty, and convert leads into happy users.

What will you do

  • Reach out to existing customers, leads, and enquiries of Sahayata24x7.
  • Provide reminders for medicine refills and healthcare services.
  • Cold call prospects and partners including pharmacies, caregivers, and labs.
  • Build meaningful relationships to improve customer retention.
  • Convert leads into customers with care, empathy, and effective communication.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in tele-sales / customer engagement (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Sales-driven with empathy and customer-first approach.
  • Multilingual ability (English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati) is a plus.
  • Based in Mumbai and eager to grow with a startup.
