  • Experience working with third-party tools in the real estate space (e.g., Tririga, Manhattan, Archibus, FM Systems).
Preferred qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience working in the real estate space.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI/ML services.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee medium to complex sized projects implemented by teams, maintain strong relationships with program stakeholders across teams to enable effective decision making.
  • Manage third-party service providers to drive timely execution of initiatives including governance, budgets and milestones to ensure budget delivery and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the program.
  • Triage technical issues and assess the impact of technical escalations. Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage risks and resolve issues across organizations. Evolve program governance structure to increase Return on Investment (ROI) as program matures.
  • Monitor and leverage AI opportunities as they arise. Innovate AI solutions to optimize Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and program management process.
