Role Description

We're looking for a full-time creative, stylish, and digitally savvy Social Media & Email Marketing Associate to help shape our online voice.
The role involves crafting and executing organic marketing strategies to drive audience growth and engagement. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing marketing plans, creating content (for both social media and email marketing) around this research.

This role is perfect for someone who
lives
on social, has an eye for good aesthetics, loves learning what's trending, and can turn ideas into engaging content. You'll work closely with our leadership and design/tech teams to create content, write marketing emails, research trends, and help us stay culturally relevant.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication & writing skills for both content/email creation & to engage with team members effectively.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Someone who understands
    taste
    — good style, good visuals, good vibe
  • Active on social media with awareness of North American trends & Culture
  • Basic editing skills (Reels/TikTok, Canva, CapCut or similar) or willing to learn.
  • Strong researcher with curiosity for culture, music, events
  • Self-starter who can bring new ideas to the table daily
  • Organized, reliable, and eager to grow within the company
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
