Job Title: Accounts & Executive Assistant (
5–8 years - flexible depending on scope)

Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile professional with strong accounting expertise who can also provide executive-level administrative support. This hybrid role demands precision in financial management and agility in coordinating executive tasks, ensuring smooth operations across both finance and leadership functions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Accounting & Finance


• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and expense tracking.


• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.


• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.


• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax filings, and audits.


• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.

  1. Executive Assistance


• Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.


• Draft correspondence, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.


• Organize board meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.


• Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups.


• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  1. Cross-Functional Coordination


• Act as a bridge between finance and executive leadership, ensuring smooth communication.


• Support project tracking, vendor management, and client invoicing.


• Assist in preparing investor or client-facing documents that combine financial and strategic insights.

Qualifications & Skills


• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.


• 5–8 years of experience in accounting with exposure to executive support roles.


• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, and reporting.


• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.


• Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software (Tally), and board management tools.


• High emotional intelligence and ability to work under pressure.
