Job Title: Infor SytePlan Consultant

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad

Work Mode: Hybrid

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Infor SytePlan Consultant to lead planning and scheduling solution initiatives for our manufacturing clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Infor SytePlan (Advanced Planning & Scheduling) with hands-on experience in Infor SyteLine ERP (CloudSuite Industrial) integration. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, configuring solutions, and enabling efficient production planning, capacity scheduling, and resource optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather and analyze planning and scheduling requirements.
  • Configure, implement, and support Infor SytePlan for production planning, capacity scheduling, and resource optimization.
  • Integrate SytePlan with Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) and other ERP modules.
  • Provide functional expertise in MRP/APS, shop floor scheduling, and constraint-based planning.
  • Develop and deliver planning scenarios and what-if simulations to optimize production performance.
  • Support testing, training, documentation, and user adoption of SytePlan.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design customizations, reports, and integrations.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Infor SytePlan (Advanced Planning & Scheduling).
  • Solid understanding of Infor SyteLine ERP (CloudSuite Industrial) and its integration with SytePlan.
  • Expertise in MRP, finite capacity scheduling, demand-supply balancing, and production workflows.
  • Ability to run planning simulations and optimize schedules under constraints.
  • Familiarity with Infor ION, Mongoose, and reporting tools (advantageous).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience & Qualification:

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 5–12 years of ERP experience, with minimum 3+ years in Infor SytePlan.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing industry ERP implementations.
  • Hands-on involvement in end-to-end SytePlan implementation or support project
