Position Summary:

As a member of the Development team, the GRC Functional and Technical Solution Consultant is responsible for gathering, analyzing, designing and implementing customer business requirements for GRC MT implementations. Furthermore, solution consultant will be also responsible for GRC showcase projects for existing Infor customers. The position involves interaction with customers, project team, product management, product architects, developers, business analysts and quality assurance team. This position operates under moderate supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Infor GRC Implementations:
    • Closely work with customers to understand business requirements and prepare required documentation
  • Design, build, develop, deploy and test GRC solution at customer tenants
  • Provide demo/training to customers
  • Work with development team on issues/enhancements reported by customers during implementation cycle

  • Provide Go Live and Post Go Live support

  • GRC Showcase:

    • Closely work with customers to understand business requirements and prepare required documentation on need basis
  • Build, Deploy and test GRC solution at customer tenants
  • Provide demo/training to customers
  • Work with development team on issues/enhancements reported by customers during showcase project
    Work with Project management team for smooth delivery of showcase project

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in technical discipline
  • Minimum 2-3 years of product implementations

  • Knowledge of Governance, Risk and Compliance domain would be an added advantage

  • The ability to understand MT cloud software applications

  • Strong communication and language skills, both oral and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills
