Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for managing and supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR compliance. This role ensures smooth HR operations and helps in building a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
& Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
* Assist in performance appraisal cycles and monitor employee performance.
* Support payroll processing and ensure timely resolution of employee queries.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and company regulations.
* Manage employee engagement activities and foster a positive work environment.
* Address employee grievances and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
* Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
* Assist in drafting HR letters, contracts, and documentation.
* Prepare HR reports and support audits when required.
Key Skills & Competencies:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS
* Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
* Organizational and time-management skills
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Master's degree or HR certification (preferred)
* 1–3 years of experience in HR or related roles.
