We are looking for a US Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing remote team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified candidates for non-technical positions across multiple industries such as logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, finance, and administration for our US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, identify, and screen candidates for non-IT roles in the US market.
  • Utilize job portals (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, etc.) and other sourcing platforms effectively.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or clients.
  • Maintain candidate records in the recruitment database.
  • Work closely with the account management team to understand client requirements.
  • Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and ensure timely delivery of quality profiles.
  • Stay updated on US hiring trends, labor laws, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in US recruitment, preferably in non-IT domains.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong understanding of US job market and time zones.
  • Experience using job portals like Indeed, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, Monster, or Dice.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Must be comfortable working in US shift hours (EST/CST/PST time zones).
  • Laptop/PC with stable internet connection is mandatory.
