Roles & Responsibilities

  • Understand product requirements and clearly communicate them to the development team.
  • Explain product features, updates, and solutions to clients in a simple and professional manner.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Schedule meetings with clients, share updates, and maintain regular follow-ups.
  • Collect feedback from clients and ensure their concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Prepare reports and track progress on client requirements and deliverables.
  • Support the sales and marketing team in client presentations and documentation.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
  • Ability to understand product requirements and explain them clearly to both clients and the development team.
  • Good organizational skills to schedule meetings, track follow-ups, and maintain client relations.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, or CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with online collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn about sales and product management.
