Academic Counselor / Telecaller – GoAskNow Academy

Location:Perungudi, Chennai Job Type:Full-time (Work from Office)

Academy is a leading IT Training and Placement Institute offering job-oriented programs in:Full Stack Development, Data Science & Analytics, Software Testing, DevOps, UI/UX Design, and Cloud Computing.We provide 100% Placement or Internship support along with two certificates (Course Completion + Internship) — available in Online and Offline learning modes. Role Overview: We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Academic Counselors / Telecallers who can handle student inquiries, explain our training programs, and help convert leads into admissions. Key Responsibilities: ● Make calls to leads who have shown interest in IT training courses. ● Clearly explain course details, structure, and career benefits. ● Schedule demo classes and counseling sessions. ● Follow up regularly and maintain lead records (Excel/CRM). ● Meet monthly targets for admissions. ● Maintain a professional, friendly, and supportive tone with all students. ● Coordinate with the trainers and placement team for smooth onboarding. Requirements: ● Strong communication skills in English & Tamil. ● Good convincing and listening ability. ● Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Sheets). ● Previous experience in telecalling / student counseling / EdTech sales is preferred. ● Freshers with good communication are welcome. Working Days & Time: ● Monday to Saturday (Sunday Holiday) ● Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
