Job Description:

We are seeking energetic and persuasive Tele-Callers to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident, have good selling skills, and be able to achieve monthly sales targets through effective customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
  • Convince customers and drive them towards purchase closure.
  • Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Meet monthly sales targets set by the management.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Good product knowledge and sales aptitude.
  • Customer-focused and performance-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: 10th standard and above.
  • Age Limit: 21 years and above.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
