Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for in-store sales, customer engagement, and product promotion. The role requires passion for healthy living, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive sales attitude to drive awareness and sales of jaggery and superfood products.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in choosing from jaggery and superfood product ranges.
- Educate customers about health benefits, usage ideas, and unique qualities of our products.
- Achieve sales targets (daily/weekly/monthly) and support outlet growth.
- Manage attractive product display, maintain stock levels, and ensure outlet hygiene.
- Handle billing, cash, and digital transactions accurately.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to support repeat sales and loyalty.
- Actively participate in tastings, sampling campaigns, and promotions to boost sales.
- Stay updated on nutrition, superfood trends, and new product launches.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Interest in health, nutrition, and traditional food products.
- Sales-driven with strong convincing power.
- Basic knowledge of inventory handling and POS systems.
- Customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail/FMCG/organic food sales preferred.
- Freshers passionate about sales and healthy products are encouraged to apply.
