You'll play a crucial role in providing real-time customer support through chat, helping with minor frontend customizations for our customers, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Responsibilities: What You'll Do:

  • Provide timely and effective chat support to customers, addressing queries and resolving issues.
  • Assist customers with minor frontend customizations on our platform in real-time.
  • Troubleshoot and solve frontend-related issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with our UI/UX team to ensure that user-facing elements meet customer expectations.
  • Document frequent customer issues and collaborate with the development team for larger enhancements.

What You'll Need:

  • Willingness to work in night shifts, as the role requires coverage across different time zones.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for quick, customer-focused frontend adjustments.
  • Experience in a customer support or similar frontend support role.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical details clearly to non-technical users.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on finding effective, real-time solutions.
