Job Description

Position: Assistant/Associate Professor in Computer Science & Engineering Department

Location: Baderia Global Institute of Engineering & Management, Jabalpur

Experience Required:

Assistant Professor: Minimum 3+ years of academic and/or industry experience, with a proven background in Computer Science & Engineering.

Associate Professor: Minimum 5+ years of academic and/or industry experience, with a proven background in Computer Science & Engineering. Ph.D. in Computer Science or Related Field is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lectures, lab sessions, and tutorials in core and elective subjects of Computer Science Engineering.
  • Develop and update course materials, ensuring alignment with industry trends and accreditation standards.
  • Implement innovative teaching methodologies, including hands-on learning, projects, and case studies.
  • Engage in high-quality research, publishing in reputed journals and conferences.
  • Guide students in research projects, technical papers, and innovative software development.
  • Foster industry partnerships for internships, guest lectures, and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide academic and career mentorship to students, supporting their technical and professional growth.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and certification programs to enhance student employability.
  • Assist in preparing documentation and reports for AICTE, NAAC, NBA, and other accreditation bodies.

Qualifications:

For Assistant Professor:

  • M.Tech/M.E. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Teaching or industry experience in computer science-related domains.

For Associate Professor:

  • Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field with a strong research background.
  • Minimum 7+ years of teaching/research/industry experience with publications in reputed journals.

Expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
  • Data Science & Big Data Analytics
  • Cybersecurity & Ethical Hacking
  • Cloud Computing & DevOps
  • Blockchain Technology
  • Internet of Things (IoT)
  • Software Development & Full-Stack Engineering

Other Requirements:

  • Passion for teaching, research, and student development.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and programming abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, students, and industry partners.
