Requirement: Non-IT Recruiter (Pharma Recruiter Who has working experience on Validation, medical device supplier quality engineer and Manufacturing Engineer)
Job Overview:
- Need Min 5 years of experience in Non-IT (Validation) bench sales recruitment.
- Suggesting innovative ways to market and place the candidates.
- Experience in the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience to be marketed on Validation/Manufacturing consultants.
- Good knowledge on Medical Devices, Pharma and life sciences requirements.
- Experience working with CPT, OPT, H1B, H1b transfer, US citizens, GC candidates preferred.
- Preparing weekly / Monthly reports of Performance done by himself.
- Knowledge of Corp-to-Corp, 1099, W2 preferred.
- Need experience with directly with Top/Prime Vendors and Clients and getting Job Opportunities for Bench Consultants.
- Must be proactive, dynamic result oriented.
- Need to be Good communication skills.
Roles Responsibilities:
- Searching requirements from US Job boards (Dice, Tech fetch, Monster, indeed).
- Making deals with the vendors who can schedule an interview.
- Schedule in person / Telephonic (onsite / phone) interviews between candidate and client.
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with the consultants and the Prime vendors/clients. Need to be good at negotiating the rate with the vendors.
- Handled the tasks of submitting candidates to job orders within a defined discipline.
- Keeping in touch with the consultants and making sure they join the clients site.
- Proven recruiting experience preferably in the sales industry.
- Hands-on experience with social media recruiting.
