Requirement: Non-IT Recruiter (Pharma Recruiter Who has working experience on Validation, medical device supplier quality engineer and Manufacturing Engineer)

Job Overview:

  • Need Min 5 years of experience in Non-IT (Validation) bench sales recruitment.
  • Suggesting innovative ways to market and place the candidates.
  • Experience in the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Experience to be marketed on Validation/Manufacturing consultants.
  • Good knowledge on Medical Devices, Pharma and life sciences requirements.
  • Experience working with CPT, OPT, H1B, H1b transfer, US citizens, GC candidates preferred.
  • Preparing weekly / Monthly reports of Performance done by himself.
  • Knowledge of Corp-to-Corp, 1099, W2 preferred.
  • Need experience with directly with Top/Prime Vendors and Clients and getting Job Opportunities for Bench Consultants.
  • Must be proactive, dynamic result oriented.
  • Need to be Good communication skills.

Roles Responsibilities:

  • Searching requirements from US Job boards (Dice, Tech fetch, Monster, indeed).
  • Making deals with the vendors who can schedule an interview.
  • Schedule in person / Telephonic (onsite / phone) interviews between candidate and client.
  • Establish and maintain a good relationship with the consultants and the Prime vendors/clients. Need to be good at negotiating the rate with the vendors.
  • Handled the tasks of submitting candidates to job orders within a defined discipline.
  • Keeping in touch with the consultants and making sure they join the clients site.
  • Proven recruiting experience preferably in the sales industry.
  • Hands-on experience with social media recruiting.
