About The Role
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning and GenAI models, along with a solid understanding of LLMs, NLP, and deep learning architectures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models, including Generative AI, NLP, and deep learning models.
  • Build and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and work with frameworks like Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar.
  • Develop end-to-end ML pipelines, from data preprocessing to model training and deployment.
  • Implement GenAI solutions such as text generation, embeddings, summarization, chatbots, and automation systems.
  • Work with cloud platforms like AWS / Azure / GCP for model deployment and scaling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop AI-driven solutions.
  • Optimize models for performance, latency, and accuracy.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and GenAI technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
  • Strong experience in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and transformer-based architectures.
  • Expertise in Python, TensorFlow / PyTorch.
  • Experience working with Hugging Face, OpenAI, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, model training, evaluation, and optimization.
  • Experience deploying ML models using Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud environments.
  • Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts, model pipeline creation, and MLOps.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Good To Have

  • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma).
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation).
  • Experience building AI-based automation tools or chatbots.
  • Familiarity with Computer Vision or multi-modal models.
