Admissions Officer 

About the Role

Seeking a detail-oriented Admissions Officer to support international student application processing and enrolments across Navitas Australasia. The role manages CRM records, verifies documents, generates offers, coordinates end-to-end enrolments, and ensures compliance with visa and institutional requirements. Collaboration with recruitment teams, students, and agents is essential to meet enrolment targets and reduce visa risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update records in CRM and student systems (Study Link, Banner).
  • Process applications within set turnaround times and produce timely offers.
  • Collect, review, and verify student documents for compliant enrolments.
  • Manage full enrolment, including CoE issuance via PRISMS.
  • Assess applications for academic entry, GTE/GS, and visa requirements.
  • Communicate promptly with students, agents, and internal teams.
  • Provide guidance on international qualifications (NOOSR, UK ECCTIS).
  • Support admissions and recruitment teams with general administration.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years' admissions experience, preferably in international education.
  • Strong understanding of PRISMS and Australian visa regulations.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Study Link preferred).
  • High accuracy in data management and document checking.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.
