Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Wedding Sales Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Wedding Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales of destination wedding packages. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client consultations, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of wedding events. The role requires effective communication skills, the ability to manage multiple clients and projects, and delivering a high standard of service.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Experience in Training other team members
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • Relevant experience in the hospitality or events industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
