Role Overview

We are seeking an
International Team Lead
to manage and guide our team for the
UK & US markets
. The role requires mentoring counsellors, driving performance, building client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of counsellors across UK & US shifts.
  • Achieve sales and performance targets consistently.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships with professional communication.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow Aimlay's presence in global markets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    6+ years of overall work experience
    , with
    at least
    2.5+ years in EdTech
    (
    mandatory
    ).
  • Minimum
    3 years of proven experience in team leadership
    .
  • Strong ability to
    lead, mentor, and motivate teams
    to achieve targets.
  • Excellent
    English communication (spoken & written)
    and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience with
    UK or US markets
    will be an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field .
