Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, and administration

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and increase profitability

  • Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals

  • Monitor and analyze branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive business growth

  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies and procedures

  • Conduct regular training and development programs for branch staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

  • Prepare and submit reports on branch performance, sales activities, and customer feedback to senior management

  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and launch new banking products and services

  • Represent the bank at various community events and networking opportunities to promote the brand and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • In-depth knowledge of banking products and services

  • Sound understanding of banking regulations and compliance

  • Proficient in MS Office and banking software

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
